Jasmin Valentín holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and has spent over 15 years working at the intersection of mental health, trauma, and human dignity — in foster care systems, residential programs serving adults with serious mental illness, and as a senior leader in nonprofit care delivery.
She has coached teams, trained clinicians, and ensured quality of care for some of New York's most vulnerable populations. That breadth of experience — and the humility it requires — shapes every session she holds.
Alongside her clinical career, Jasmin pursued and achieved Reiki Master certification in the Holy Fire lineage and studied subconscious mind work through the Proctor Gallagher Institute. These threads weave together into a uniquely whole-person practice.
Jasmin is also a wife and mother. She brings that grounded, real-life perspective into every room — because healing doesn't happen in a vacuum.
