Sessions draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to identify the thought and behaviour patterns contributing to distress — and to replace them with something healthier.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker with 15+ years of experience across foster care, residential mental health programs, and leadership roles, Jasmin brings clinical depth alongside genuine human warmth.

Sessions are available via telehealth throughout New York, with in-person appointments in Staten Island.
